2021 was an excellent growing season in Paso Robles; considered one of the finest in years.
And the drought was over! The vintage was balanced, flavorful, and complex.

20% new French oak and 80% neutral French oak.

TASTING NOTES
Classic Paso Cabernet Sauvignon with attractive aromas of ripe dark berries
and cherries with well-integrated French oak. It's supple on the palate,
with a juicy core of fruit and medium structuring tannins, concluding with a long, complex finish.
